These terms are an agreement between you and Florz Technologies Inc. for using SubKnot. By using the app, you agree to them.
What SubKnot does
SubKnot helps you list your subscriptions, reminds you before charges, and shows you how to cancel. SubKnot does not cancel anything for you, and it is not financial advice. You stay responsible for your own subscriptions and payments.
Cancel details
We try to keep cancel details accurate. Some are found automatically on companies’ websites, are marked as such, and may be out of date. Check them before you rely on them.
Premium
- Premium is a subscription billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in the apps, or by card on subknot.com (processed by Stripe through RevenueCat), at the price shown before you buy. One Premium works on the website and in the apps.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the period ends (for App Store and Google Play purchases, at least 24 hours before). After you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Manage or cancel it where you bought it: your App Store or Google Play account settings, or “Manage subscription” in the menu on subknot.com (also linked in your receipt email). Refunds for app purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s rules; for website purchases, email us within 14 days of a charge.
- The free plan includes up to 5 subscriptions and renewal alerts.
Your account
Keep your password safe, and use SubKnot only for your own subscriptions and lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
No guarantees
SubKnot is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that an alert will always arrive. To the extent the law allows, Florz Technologies Inc. isn’t liable for indirect losses, or for charges you didn’t cancel. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using SubKnot and delete your account at any time in Settings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where Florz Technologies Inc. is registered.
